Carbon fiber composite materials have also been better used in solid rocket engines, "Pegasus", Delta launch vehicles, "Trident" II, "Dwarf" missile models have adopted composite solid rocket engines. The U.S. strategic missile MX missile, the Russian strategic missile "poplar" M missile, etc., have adopted advanced composite material launch canisters.

Ship composite material technology has also developed rapidly, has basically reached the level of practical application, simplifying manufacturing, reducing cost has become the focus of current technology. The United States Navy equipment has a large number of applications of composite materials, such as the "Ford" aircraft carrier, "Virginia" class submarine, DDG1000 destroyer and so on. The Type 45 destroyer of the British Navy is also equipped with a composite mast of sandwich structure, which has the characteristics of stealth and reducing antenna maintenance.
